Forty years of success, just one way of thinking: extended quality
The entrepreneurial story of Dieci s.r.l began in 1962 in Montecchio Emilia, a bustling town of the Emilia flatlands in Northern Italy. The first telescopic handlers were produced in 1983 and these were to become the core business of the company. In 1997 Dieci s.r.l. was taken over by the Correggi and Manghi families First the range of telescopic handlers and the truck cement mixers was revitalised and in parallel a focus on Telehandler development for the farming sector.
The future path is for continued growth and expansion both in product range, experienced personnel and product facilities.
The first step along this road was the opening of a new factory. In itself an example of modern industrial architecture, in terms of technological solutions and the attention to individuals and environmental impacts.
Goals and Vision
Over the last few years, the output performance of DIECI s.r.l increased substantially in both construction and farming machinery. The management of the company is already looking towards the future and the target of reaching 4,000 machines to be constructed in 2010.
New Head Office
Situated at the beginning of the industrial estate of Montecchio Emilia Northern Italy therefore in a strategic position as far as logistics and road networks are concerned, the factory of DIECI s.r.l. covers an area of 120,000 m³, of which 30,000 are under roof. The structure, that requested an investment of over 25 million Euros, came in response to the consistent need to increase production to keep up with the rise in sales.
Another bonus of the factory of DIECI s.r.l. is represented by the high degree of technological sophistication: the six production lines are equipped with hi-tech machinery, which takes the strain off the work of employees. A closed and perfectly soundproofed test booth means that all the functions of the machine can be electronically tested directly inside the building. Futuristic are also the mirco shot-peening system that cleans the chassis perfectly and the painting system, where the air is constantly filtered and therefore very clean. The warehouses are completely automated, likewise for the welding robots. A technical jewel is also the software program that automatically provisions the various production and assembly lines and that calculates the duration of the production process with extreme precision.

The range of DIECI s.r.l. is broken into four major categories: telescopic handlers –telescopic handlers with fixed and rotation booms – truck cement mixers, - dumpers and special machines. Production output is split roughly 85% telescopic handlers and 15% the rest. This is not surprising considering that DIECI s.r.l. has been designing and manufacturing telescopic handlers since 1983 and therefore boasts considerable experience in this field. Today, DIECI s.r.l. manufactures over 100 models of handlers, combined with 30 chassis. Success in the market is indeed thanks to the skill in interpreting and satisfying the many requirements of the demand. As for the characteristics of the machines, an initial and important quality is their operational versatility and flexibility. In view of the power, the compact dimensions, the smooth movements and ease of use thanks to the adoption of tailor-made technical solutions.
Another benefit of the products manufactured by DIECI s.r.l. is their longevity and sturdiness. Not only do they guarantee excellent performance but all vehicles are also designed to live a long life. Such longevity is the outcome of the use of particular technological solutions but also of top quality parts and materials.

The safety of the vehicle’s produced by DIECI s.r.l. is not only a matter of technology, but it’s also the reflection of the way of those work in the company. In other words, it’s the awareness and experience of the designers in defining regulations and minimum parameters of safety.
