Dieci have two types of dealers. Our Service Dealers, who are with you from start to finish when purchasing your new Dieci Telehandler. They will assist you in the purchase of a new Dieci, carry out scheduled services and provide fast and reliable delivery of parts, wherever you are in Australia. Then we have our Service Agents, who specialize in Dieci servicing, parts and can provide fast a reliable technical support from scheduled services to anything in between.
We have specialised Dealer Support staff at our Dieci Australia offices in Ingleburn, NSW, who keep in weekly contact with our dealers to assist them with anything they may need to help serve our customers at the highest standard. Should the dealers need to contact Dieci Australia at any time, we have a technical support hotline with trained staff ready to take their call.
